The Personal Data of the Owner will be keptstrictly confidential, by the security, administrative, technical, and physicalmeasures that the Responsible Party implements in its security policies andprocedures, which is why its illegal disclosure is prohibited and Its use islimited to management by the Responsible Party.

V.                 Transfer of Personal Data.

For the due fulfillment of the purposesoutlined in this Privacy Notice, as well as for the different purposes that arecompatible or analogous by Law, we inform you that your Personal Data may betransferred and processed inside and outside the country to national or foreignThird Parties. Said Transfer obliges the receiving Third Party to assume thesame obligations that correspond to the Responsible Party. To exercise any of the ARCO rights, you mustsubmit the request by email to info@nomic.mx, or submit your request in writingform at our offices or branches, with the requirements mentioned above, statingyour contact details in order to receive  our response. The request to exercise ARCORights that you submit to us must include at least one copy of youridentification, and the power of attorney of your legal representative (whenapplicable), as well as your email, the date of request and a precise writtenstatement of which ARCO right you wish to exercise. The Responsible undertakesto respond within a period of 30 (thirty) days from the reception of the requestthat meets the minimum requirements mentioned above, extendable in terms ofLaw, in such a way that we will articulate the decision adopted via emailprovided by you in the petition, or to the address that you provide us through apostal service.

To withdraw the consent that you have givenus for the processing of the Personal Data, you must submit your requestaccording to the aforementioned procedure, however, it is important that youkeep in mind that not in all cases we will be able to attend your request orconclude its used immediately since it is possible that due to some legalobligation we are required to continue treating your Personal Data.
