Son diversos los propósitos de quienes han decidido colaborar con nosotros; una familia que decide inmigrar a México; un entusiasta que busca garantizar el éxito de sus negocios; residentes extranjeros en busca de adaptarse a una nueva cultura; forjar una playa para extender los servicios de un hotel; sacerdotes y comunidades en busca de alternativas para compartir la Fe; proveer un hogar a quienes no lo tienen...
Son estas historias las que escriben los procesos dentro de nuestra oficina y el fruto natural de esto va más allá de los espacios.
Nos hemos propuesto desarrollar historias cortas de estilo humorístico que relaten sucesos de ficción que estén en estrecha relación con la realidad y la forma de vivir en la que creemos. Estas historias suceden en los proyectos que la oficina desarrolla para darle a los lectores la posibilidad de imaginar lo que se narra en espacios concretos diseñados por nosotros.
Al interior de la oficina, el desarrollo de los proyectos se da dentro de un flujo de trabajo flexible —No para todos son importantes las mismas cosas— y por ello prestamos atención al espíritu de cada necesidad.
Para el desarrollo de nuestra labor arquitectónica hemos implementado metodologías BIM, que permiten una coordinación organizada de las diferentes disciplinas involucradas en un proyecto, es decir, se realizan construcciones virtuales para prever inconsistencias antes de comenzar el proceso de construcción, garantizando el éxito del proyecto.
Análisis y selección de bienes raíces, diseño conceptual, diseño arquitectónico y construcción forman parte de los servicios que la oficina alcanza.
El aporte académico de Nomic ha sido reconocido por distintos medios de divulgación arquitectónica y recibido nominaciones en premios internacionales y nacionales como: Building of the Year 2023 por Archdaily; German Design Award 2024 por German Design Council; Best of 2023 por Archello... entre otros.

It is these stories that write the processes within our office and the natural fruit of this goes beyond the spaces.
We have set out to develop short stories in a humorous style that relate fictional events that are closely related to the reality and way of life we believe in. These stories take place in the projects that the office develops to give readers the possibility of imagining what is narrated in concrete spaces designed by us.
Inside the office, the development of projects takes place within a flexible workflow -not for everyone the same things are important- and therefore we pay attention to the spirit of each need.
For the development of our architectural work we have implemented BIM methodologies, which allow an organized coordination of the different disciplines involved in a project, that is to say, virtual constructions are made to foresee inconsistencies before starting the construction process, guaranteeing the success of the project.
Real estate analysis and selection, conceptual design, architectural design and construction are part of the services that the office provides.
